These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website spotlightstudio.live and any related services we offer to creators, applicants, brands, and visitors ("Services"). By accessing the website, submitting an application, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence, to apply to the Spotlight Studio creator program or otherwise use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
Submitting an application through our website does not create any contractual relationship between you and Spotlight Studio. We review every application and reserve the right to accept or decline applicants at our sole discretion. If your application is accepted, the specific terms of your participation in our creator program — including any commercial arrangements, exclusivity, content guidelines, payment terms, and duration — will be set out in a separate written creator agreement that you will be invited to sign. Until you have signed that creator agreement, you remain an applicant only.
When you apply, you provide personal information (such as your name, TikTok handle, contact details, national ID number, and optional Mawthooq verification documents) and content (such as the text in the "Why join" field). You confirm that everything you submit is true, accurate, current, and lawfully yours to share. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process this information for the purpose of evaluating your application and, if accepted, onboarding you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects others. You must not: (a) submit false, fraudulent, or impersonating information; (b) upload content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes the rights of any third party; (c) interfere with the Services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe for vulnerabilities, or use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the site; (d) use the Services in violation of Saudi Arabian law, TikTok's own Community Guidelines or Terms of Service, or any other applicable law of your jurisdiction.
The Spotlight Studio name, the AEON HOUSE name, the website design, logos, copy, illustrations, motion graphics, and underlying code are owned by AEON HOUSE Company and protected by applicable Saudi Arabian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publicly display, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written permission. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to view the website on a standard browser for your personal, non-commercial use only.
The Services reference third-party platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, Discord, and WhatsApp. We do not own, operate, or endorse these platforms, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Spotlight Studio is an independent creator network and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok Pte. Ltd. or ByteDance. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content (including growth, viewership, or earnings figures shown for illustration) constitutes a guarantee of results. Any creator outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including individual effort, platform algorithms, and market conditions. We disclaim, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AEON HOUSE Company, Spotlight Studio, their officers, employees, partners, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to one hundred Saudi Riyals (SAR 100) or the amount you have actually paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

You may stop using the Services at any time.
